For this purpose, our O&M management team maintaines a resume for all the warranties applicable for all your sites and present major milestones of actions for each with the main steps required and identified, from field screening and assessment, to claim issuing and status updating.

The contribution of PVCare Warranty Manager will benefit the client with:

• Open lines and access to manufactures.
• The anticipated awareness of reliability problems from similar equipment installed in other PV plants.
• The strength of claiming discussions enforced by new acquisitions and negotiations done by PVCare with the same manufacturers.
• Whenever required, the field competence of the technicians on-site and PVCare expert engineering shall support the claim process on behalf of the Customer.
